Part of our Western Balkans Adventure Travel Webinar Series
Join us on April 14th at 4 p.m. CEDT (10 a.m. EDT) for a 45-minute webinar to explore the Via Dinarica mega-hiking trail's possibilities as a Western Balkans tourism magnet and cultural corridor. National Geographic Traveler named the Via Dinarica one of its "Best of the World" destinations for 2017. The trekking route links and traverses Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, and Macedonia.
Alex Crevar, a travel journalist for 20 years (The New York Times and National Geographic Traveler), will moderate the webinar, which is hosted by Balkanvibe. His guest will be Thierry Joubert, the director of Green Visions, an adventure tourism company based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a member of the Via Dinarica Alliance. The two will discuss ways both regional and international tourism operators can collaborate, incorporate local businesses, and enjoy the authentic travel possibilities along this eight-country route. The series is supported by the USAID/REG project.
This webinar – and the series – is brought to you by Balkanvibe, the premier booking website for travel in the Balkans.
