Balkans are famous for their grill and Sarajevo is definitely the capital of Balkans grill. Discover tasty Bosnian barbecue during the 4-hours walking tour for a small group (10 people max). During this tour, you will visit the heart of Sarajevo - Old Town, which is widely recognized for its traditional barbecues, different types of ćevapi, grilled entrails and flat bread (somun). Immerse yourself to the delicious tastes and flavors of the old town and learn its valuable cultural and historical monuments. You will complete your experience with the glass of famous Sarajevo beer in the magical ambiance of the brewery that has been one of the city’s symbols for over 150 years.

Greet your guide near the entrance to Sarajevo City Hall and hear the story of Sarajevo’s Vijećnica (City Hall) and the famous Inat kuća. After learning their short and sweet stories, visit the Alifacovac bakery, famous for their somun -  a type of flat bread that is eaten daily in Sarajevo, and especially for barbecue-type foods. Then continue your authentic BBQ experience in the heart of the town where you will visit famous Baščaršija, Obala Kulina bana, Latin Bridge, Jewish Quarter, Cathedral, Orthodox Church, Gazi Husref's Bey Mosque, Old Orthodox Church. You will have dinner at several authentic places including typical Sarajevo ćevabdžinica and learn the secret recipe of ćevapi, suđukica, sweetbreads, liver, and kidneys.  During the food tastings, you can refresh yourself with homemade yogurt, local beer or fruit juices. 

The tour ends in the magical ambiance of the brewery with drinking of the famous Sarajevo beer that has been one of the city’s symbols for over 150 years. Bid your guide and group farewell but feel free to remain in the brewery after the tour concludes.
